Teesside independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown LLP has let a 10,000 sq ft industrial unit in Middlesbrough.
Acting on behalf of Tesco Pension Fund, Stephen Brown, Senior Partner at Dodds Brown, let Unit 7 Raleigh Court, Riverside Park, Middlesbrough, TS2 1RR, at an initial rent of £3.25psf on a new five year lease to construction group Owen Pugh.
HCS Drain Services, which has rebranded to Owen Pugh Drain Services, will move into the unit at Raleigh Court.
This letting comes hard on the heels of Dodds Brown’s disposal of Unit 2 Raleigh Court at Riverside Park to Park Electrical Distributors, leaving only one unit still available at the development.
One of Middlesbrough’s primary industrial estates and business parks, the development already accommodates many international, national and local businesses and has good road access to both the A66 and the A19.
Riverside Park is located close to Teesside Advanced Manufacturing Park where the park’s developers and Dodds Brown are working closely with Middlesbrough Council and Tees Valley Unlimited to attract new occupiers to nearly 70,000 square metres of office, workshop and laboratory space, hybrid and light industrial units, and larger custom designed buildings.
Construction of a research centre for Middlesbrough offshore specialists TWI Ltd is already underway.
