IM Properties has now fully let the Rhodium Building at Blythe Valley Park, having secured Harman as the latest occupier at the popular business park.
The international audio and visual equipment supplier has taken 3,424 sq ft at Rhodium on a five year lease.
Alongside personal audio equipment, Harman also supply connected systems for automotive manufacturers including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover and Bentley.
Harman is part of the Harman Group which employs a global workforce of 28,000 in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

This has been a strong start to the year for Blythe Valley Park, with IM Properties securing new lettings and undertaking an ongoing programme of refurbishment and improvement works.

Surrounded by a 122 acre country park, the site is split into two phases with 430,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation across 11 existing buildings under IM Properties’ ownership and a further 44 acres of land offering future development potential in Phase 1.
The full site has planning consent in place for 2 million sq ft of mixed-use space, including the existing development.
