Seven surveyors have climbed the promotion ladder at the Birmingham office of property consultancy CBRE.
Richard Connolly and Will Ventham have been made directors in the valuation and office agency teams respectively.
Richard, who joined the firm in 2006, provides a range of valuation advice on commercial properties with a specialism in city centre offices. His clients include Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, Handelsbanken, Santander, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Life, AXA and Prudential.
Will Ventham has been with CBRE since 2001 and undertakes office leasing across the East and West Midlands. He acts for both landlords and tenants and his clients include Hines, Nurton Developments, BAM, Bruntwood, Ballymore and CEG.
Richard and Will’s associate director seats have been filled by colleagues Nick Ager and Theo Holmes.
Another two Nicks have made associate director grade – Nick Woodward, of the capital markets team, and Nick Csukas from global corporate services (GCS).
Nick Woodward advises funds, property companies and private investors on acquisitions and disposals principally in the offices and industrial sectors. His clients include PRUPIM, BlackRock, IM Properties, Morris Properties, David Samuel Properties and Fidelity International.
Nick Csukas is responsible for managing HSBC’s retail portfolio.
His GCS colleague, Ed Palgrave, has been upgraded to senior surveyor. He also works on the HSBC portfolio.
