The latest new appointments and promotions at law firm Lodders reinforce the firm’s commitment to fostering the talent of the future as part of its ongoing professional development programme.
The firm has appointed Ravinder Heer and Scott Parmenter as Paralegals in its top ranking Real Estate team, whilst Lauren Pearson has been offered a formal training contract after 18-months as a paralegal at the firm.
In their roles, Ravinder will work directly with Real Estate partner Alastair Frew, who works with local and national house builders, specialist commercial developers and private investors and is a members of Lodders’ HS2 Advisory Group, whilst Scott will support Steven Baker, a Partner in the Business Property team in Lodders’ Commercial Property Department.
Formerly paralegal for Alastair Frew, Lauren joins Lodders’ flagship trainee programme that has an impressive track record for the firm, with 70 percent of its trainees staying with Lodders post qualification, and many joining the firm’s partnership.
Martin Green, Lodders senior partner, said: “Lodders has a reputation as a progressive law firm and supporting new entrants to the profession and their professional development, both ‘on the job’ and with their qualifications, is at its heart. Founded almost 230 years ago, our flexibility, fresh thinking and commitment to the highest standards of service and legal excellence have stood the test of time, and we continue to plan for the future by nurturing, supporting and recruiting the firm’s talent of tomorrow.
“We welcome the two newest paralegals to the team, and I’m delighted Lauren is to continue her professional development by joining our highly successful and respected trainee programme.”
