Staff in the East Midlands offices of national commercial property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton are celebrating after topping a league of industrial agents in the region.
LSH was named the most active industrial agent in the East Midlands in the annual Estates Gazette 2011 deals competition. LSH also topped the national league for industrial agents.
The Estates Gazette competition is based on transaction volumes, with the results providing a valuable insight into the commercial property landscape.
