Reinforcing its position at the region’s most progressive office agency team, national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has developed a web-based application to assist occupiers, developers and investors looking for opportunities in the Northern Powerhouse region.
The online tool provides a comprehensive and granular analysis of the region’s office markets, giving up-to-date information on rents, take-up and supply, and highlighting emerging trends in the individual business districts.
Tony Fisher, National Head of Office Agency at LSH and spokesperson for the app, said: “The BBC paved the way for businesses considering relocating from London to the North of England, and showed how successful it can be. However, smaller companies don’t have the same resources as the BBC, so searching for the perfect location can be difficult.
“Leveraging our position as the only commercial property consultancy with a footprint in every major city across the Northern Powerhouse, our dedicated web-based app will allow people to access real time information quickly and easily, and make informed, intelligent and accurate property decisions. We’re confident it will become a must-have tool for all businesses looking to locate or invest in the region.”
LSH will be launching its new Northern Powerhouse Office Districts web app at 10:00am on Thursday 25 February 2016 on Stand C120 at the Northern Powerhouse International Conference & Exhibition, Manchester Central.
