Lambert Smith Hampton’s Reading office has added to its team with the appointment of Mitchel Flaherty as an agency surveyor and Rachel Wilkinson as a team administrator.
Mitchel joins LSH from Romans Professional Services, a local surveying firm, where he worked as a graduate surveyor in valuation and building consultancy. As part of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Reading agency team, he will be working across the office and industrial markets, carrying out disposals and acquisitions within the Reading and Bracknell area.

Rachel Wilkinson, LSH’s new team administrator, has been appointed to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Reading office’s agency team. Rachel will be responsible for keeping the office’s records and contacts up to date, ensuring that the team runs efficiently and effectively, in addition to helping organise meetings and internal events. Before joining LSH, Rachel held roles within the marine, oil and gas and aviation markets.
