Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office has arranged the letting of two units, totalling 5,000 sq ft, on the Earith Business Park to a local robotics firm and a St Ives distribution company.
Freeburn Robotics, who have taken unit 15 comprising 2,000 sq ft of warehouse/industrial space, are a team of engineers that offer consultancy services and R&D outsourcing across Europe. The firm offer expertise in five main areas; Servo design, Scientific analysis, automation, computer vision and artificial intelligence.
The second letting on this popular and established industrial estate was to a St Ives based Distribution Company who have taken units 13/14 comprising 3,000 sq ft.
Richard Adam, Director at Barker Storey Matthews, commented “We are experiencing a good level of demand for small industrial units within the area, particularly where landlords are willing to assist tenants with their various fit-out plans which the owners at Earith have always been willing to do”.
