Barker Storey Matthews Peterborough office has sold 27 Culley Court, a small warehouse unit located in Orton Southgate, Peterborough to Maintenance 24/7 who have relocated from Hunstanton.
Maintenance 24/7 who specialise in facilities management, building maintenance and project works, primarily for the high street retail and FMCG markets, were formerly based in Hunstanton, Norfolk and have decided to relocate to Peterborough as they saw it as the right place for business expansion. The company have been established for nearly 15 years and have recently taken occupation of the unit.
Robert Stuart, Managing Director at Maintenance 24/7 said ‘Peterborough was the obvious choice, and to drive forward the business, we viewed Peterborough as being well located and having a greater employee catching/skill set availability’.
