MEPC is pleased to announce the appointment of DTRE, alongside Parker Parr, as its retained industrial advisors at Milton Park, in Oxfordshire.
Overall, Milton Park boasts 1,350,000 sq ft of industrial space. 150,000 sq ft of this is available across two buildings: 183 Park Drive (60,000 sq ft) and 187 Park Drive (90,000 sq ft). 187 is available, 183 is currently undergoing a substantial refurbishment programme and will be ready to occupy in Summer 2016. The park is already home to global brands including TNT, Panalpina, DHL and UPS.
