Stratton Creber Commercial have completed the letting of a suite in one of Exeter’s most modern business park offices.
Acting on behalf of Kensington Taylor Architects, Stratton Creber Commercial have let half of the ground floor of Kensington Court, at Pynes Hill Business Park, to The Sweett Group, who relocated from Exeter Business Park. Kensington Court, which was built in 2006, offers some of the highest-specification offices on Exeter’s business parks, and nearby occupiers include Michelmores Solicitors, RBS, Francis Clark and Devon & Cornwall Police.
The suite of 1,513 sq ft was offered at a headline rent of £13.50 per sq ft. Sweett Group join Kensington Taylor and Awcock Ward in the building, creating a cluster of businesses involved in the construction and property sectors.
Jonathan Ling, office agent at Stratton Creber Commercial, comments: “over the course of 2015 we saw a significant take-up of offices at Pynes Hill, as a result of which availability is now much reduced on the same time last year. Pynes Hill retains its reputation as Exeter’s premier office park, and the contraction of the city centre office sector resulting from many buildings converting to residential use will no doubt fuel the development of emerging business parks on the city’s periphery.
Stratton Creber Commercial continue to offer other suites on the estate, including one of 1,714 sq ft at nearby Tourism House, and 1,954 sq ft at Minerva House.”
