Leading Nottingham-based property consultancy Bruton Knowles is celebrating its most successful year to date.
Bolstering its client base by more than 20 per cent and increasing turnover by ten per cent in the last year, Bruton Knowles has exceeded their ambitious targets and is now on course for another bumper year in 2016.
The firm, which is based on Castle Gate in Nottingham’s city centre, has built an impressive client base throughout the East Midlands advising The Co-Operative Stores, HS2, NET and Network Rail in the last year.
Since this time last year, Bruton Knowles has expanded its team to 15 staff members as part of its continued growth plans. Associates and partners at the firm have also worked on a number of highly successful deals including the sale of The Westminster Hotel and the development of new bar and restaurant The Loom in the Lace Market area of Nottingham city centre.
James Bailey, office partner at Bruton Knowles Nottingham office, is delighted with the business’ success and is looking forward to continuing to contribute to its significant growth in 2016.
He said: “2015 was a fantastic year for Bruton Knowles as we surpassed our ambitious targets and recruited three experienced and highly sought after professionals in our Nottingham office.
“Our successful year is largely down to the hard work and determination of the staff who continue to beat our targets while providing the best service possible to our clients – which in turn has allowed us to grow our client base.
“We also strive on being an independent people-focused business which understands its clients’ needs and works with them to deliver a high quality service.”
James added: “Our team has a fantastic reputation among businesses and property professionals in Nottingham and across the East Midlands.
“Our continued work with NET on the new Nottingham tram lines has also allowed us to increase our profile within the region – something we will be able to build on for many years to come.”
Bruton Knowles has significant further growth plans for 2016 and will be working across numerous exciting projects in the next few months, including helping to bring a new restaurant to Long Row in Nottingham’s city centre and a new fitness club to the Bingham area. The team will also be expanding further.
James added: “2016 looks set to be another strong year of growth for Bruton Knowles, with the amount of construction activity set to increase.
“We want to continue building on our established client base and extending our service offer by investing further in our resources and expanding our team. A new building surveyor will be starting with us in the next month and we have plans to recruit to several more roles in the next few months.
“These strategic plans will ensure that we remain at the forefront of our industry as leading property experts in Nottingham and the Midlands.”
