Goadsby are delighted to confirm the letting of 20 Pylewell Road, Hythe to Windward Day Services Limited. The premises comprised a self contained two storey office unit of approximately 1,177 sq ft of at a quoting rent of £14,000 per annum. With the assistance of Goadsby’s planning department, Windward successfully obtained change of use to a Day centre for people with learning disabilities.
