Bilfinger GVA is expanding its Hotels and Leisure team in Cardiff with the appointment of Mark Ebo as Associate. Mark joins the Hotels and Leisure team with over 25 years’ extensive experience in valuation across the South Wales and the South West, providing advice to banks, financial institutions and accountants with particular emphasis on hotels and holiday parks. He is a RICS registered receiver.
Also joining the Cardiff based property adviser is chartered surveyor Richard Lister. With over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, he joins the Building team, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience across building surveying and project management roles. Richard has worked in industry sectors including retail, industrial, healthcare, education, commercial and mixed-use developments ranging up to £30m in value.
