Leading independent recruitment business Clear Sky has appointed experienced professional Emily Graham to spear head its new division working with businesses in the building sector.
Emily joins Clear Sky Recruitment after working in the construction recruitment industry for many years.
The construction division aims to cement new relationships with leading building and social housing firms in the South Wales area.
Emily Graham said: “The opportunity to join a forward thinking and ambitious business like Clear Sky Recruitment was too good to be missed. With the construction sector showing positive signs of recovery since the recession, the timing of the opening of this new division could not be better.”
A chip off the old block Emily, originally from Caerphilly but who now lives in Pontypridd, hails from a family heavily involved in the construction industry. Emily, who started working in the industry, aged eighteen, added to that wealth of experience in the building trade through employment with Involve Recruitment where she dealt with M&E trades and clients and also working with recruitment firm Sphere Solutions.
Ross Porter, Managing Director and founder of Clear Sky Recruitment, said: “The challenge for employers in the building sector is to make sure they can meet growing labour demands with a skilled and trained workforce in line with the needs of the projects they are working on.
“I’m delighted to bring Emily on board as a full-time member of staff at Clear Sky Recruitment. Her sector experience gained in her previous roles will be invaluable to delivering a quality service to our clients.”
In addition to the building sector, Clear Sky Recruitment offers a range of recruitment services to sectors including manufacturing, distribution, clerical and contact centre.
Established in Blackwood in 2014 by highly regarded recruitment entrepreneur, Ross Porter Clear Sky Recruitment has become one of Wales’ most successful emerging brands. The new construction division is based at the recruitment firm’s head office in Cardiff city centre.
