Nottingham-based commercial property agents Innes England and FHP have been appointed as joint letting agents at Beeston Business Park.
The mixed-used development to the west of Nottingham, which benefits from Enterprise Zone status, was purchased last year by a joint venture between Bridges Ventures (Bridges) and Chancerygate in a multi-million pound deal.
Scott Osborne, associate director at Innes England, said: “This is an excellent opportunity as the site can cater for a wider variety of potential occupiers. It also boasts good transport links both into the city and across the UK via the nearby M1 motorway.
“Given the lack of stock in the current market, I am sure that we will be able to accommodate most requirements, but ask any interested parties to contact us directly. We hope that this development will generate large numbers of new jobs, mainly for smaller businesses.”
Beeston Business Park comprises 412,000 sq ft of office and industrial accommodation across a range of buildings, with approximately 20-acres cleared for development.
Associate director at FHP, Mark Tomlinson added: “We are very pleased to be involved in the marketing on what is one of Nottingham’s most longstanding and established business parks especially at this time given the improvement in market conditions and the forward thinking approach of the new owners.
“The site caters for a huge range of commercial occupiers; the business centre which is currently undergoing refurbishment is ideally set up for fledgling and growing businesses with a range of starter units available on flexible lease terms.
“We also have a range of open storage compounds and larger warehouse / production units and some 20,000 sq ft of open plan headquarter offices which are due to be refurbished in the coming months.”
Innes England and FHP will be marketing a range of accommodation at the Business Park including offices, storage and secure compounds.
