A leading local property developer is celebrating success after it won the tender to create a 10,000 square foot production area and offices at Telford’s T54 industrial development, following the successful completion of two neighbouring projects.
Morris Property is working in conjunction with Chartered Surveyors, Silk Sharples Jennings, on a six month project at plot 4 which will see the duo support client, Torus Measurement Systems, grow its business at the site.
The steel-framed building will include fully fitted out offices to a high specification with mezzanine storage above and is the third project to be completed by Morris Property at the new business park.
