On behalf of CBRE Global Investors bdt incorporating Woodford and Company have let the last unit in L Grafton Way Basingstoke. The unit was taken by K-Sark Fabrications who have moved from Finchampstead as part of their continued expansion. The unit totalled 8,249 sq ft and was let on a new lease for a term of 10 years.
Since taking over the West Ham Industrial estate CBRE Global Investors have now let the whole of Unit L, Grafton Way terrace which totalled 35,061 sq ft.
They are now marketing Unit D, Grafton Way which has been refurbished. This comprises a self-contained building of approximately 15,800 sq ft with the benefit of a secure yard. They are also marketing a two storey business unit at 7 Grafton Way which has been fully refurbished with air conditioning at a rent of £7.50 per sq ft.
