Goadsby will, on behalf of Glenmore, and jointly with Sibbett Gregory be launching a new 25 unit industrial/warehouse scheme at Fancy Road in Poole.
The units will range in size from 1,500 to 2,550 sq ft and work has already commenced on site.
The units should be ready by August 2016 and each unit will have 3 phase electricity, gas and an internal eaves height of 6m.
The units will be available both for sale and to let and larger sizes can be accommodated by linking of the units.
