Leading Midlands developer, Trebor Developments, has handed over the new prestigious office for tenant UTC Aerospace Systems, working in partnership with landlord, Malvern Hills Science Park.
The development, which includes full fit out to meet UTC Aerospace’s Systems operational requirements was completed within budget and to an exceptional standard. The principle contractor was Clugston.

The completion of the project allows UTC Aerospace Systems to relocate into the new facilities and free up existing office accommodation space at the Science Park for new tenants.
