Bespoke watch specialist, Titan Black, has concluded a deal to establish its global office Headquarters and associated retail boutique at Town Centre Securities’ Duke Street London property in the West End.
The deal signals full occupation of the building, which was acquired by Town Centre Securities for £3.1m in early 2015 to re-establish a London base. The Listed property has undergone a £400k investment to comprehensively refurbish the office space and restore the façade, including the Georgian glazing to the retail frontage. The new office will manage the UK expansion of Town Centre Securities’ CitiPark business and enable the company to seek further property investment opportunities in the London market.
Titan Black’s expert team is capable of enhancing the world’s finest timepieces to the exact specifications of its wearer, offering clientele the ultimate option in luxury design.
The company will occupy 2,000 sq ft of retail and office space on a new 10-year lease that includes the lower ground, ground and first floors at Duke Street as its Headquarter operation, utilising the retail unit as a new boutique.
Edward Ziff, Chairman and Chief Executive of Town Centre Securities PLC, said; ”The opening of our London office last year was a major landmark for the company and has enabled us to manage CitiPark’s growth whilst monitoring investment opportunities in the London market. The investment into restoring the Duke Street property has resulted in full occupation of the building following the letting to Titan Black.”
Titan Black Founder, Luke Waite, said; “The Titan Black brand has undergone rapid evolution in the past few years, with international expansion into Hong Kong, Ibiza, Monaco and Paris to name a few new locations. The new Duke Street headquarters and boutique will be the next step in the progression of the company, offering the perfect showcase for our exclusive range of watches and an exciting culmination of our growth as a cutting-edge design enterprise. We look forward to welcoming our clientele to the launch of our Hour House boutique later this year.”
