Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced that Colette Temmink has joined the firm as executive managing director of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for the Global Occupier Services in the Americas. The position reports to Chris Browne, president of Client Service Delivery.
Ms. Temmink will drive the IFM business in the Americas with a new delivery model leveraging C&W’s self-delivery capability, a lower cost platform, and higher value solutions to create a superior client experience. Additionally, she will lead strategic planning for IFM globally and in the Americas, as well as oversee an industry-leading platform of technical services that includes Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Energy & Sustainability, and Critical Systems.

Ms. Temmink joins from Apollo Education Group where she served as senior vice president and chief administration officer. Her responsibilities included leading the shared service organization, which includes select HR and Finance business processes, sourcing, real estate, facilities and security functions. Prior to that she was vice president of Global Real Estate Operations for Oracle and a vice president and general manager at Johnson Controls. In addition, Ms. Temmink has also held positions as vice president of Boeing Realty Corporation and director of Shared Services Business Process Sourcing.
Ms. Temmink received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-International Business from American International College and her Master of Business Administration from American University. She holds the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Fellow Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and the National Association of REALTORS® Green (GREEN) designations.
