The office agency team at property consultant JLL has secured a letting at The Parks, Haydock on behalf of Bilsdale Properties.
Specialist contractor accountancy Complete Accounting has taken the 1,771 sq ft ground floor at Building 8 on a five year lease at £15 per sq ft. It leaves 7,629 sq ft in two office units at the 120,000 sq ft development which is comprised of 15 self-contained buildings.
Situated at junction 23 on the M6, the Parks is located midway between Manchester and Liverpool.
