Innes England has welcomed two new faces to its Nottingham office – the latest in a string of new appointments at the East Midlands firm.
Holly Atkinson has taken up the role of graduate surveyor in the firm’s professional services team, while Ross Whiting has joined the business space agency team as a graduate surveyor.
Ross has joined Innes England having gained a range of property experience working alongside residential developers, helping with the acquisition and disposal of numerous properties across Nottinghamshire. In his new role, Ross will be working on acquisitions and disposals of properties across Nottinghamshire, on behalf of both public and private sector clients.
During his studies at Nottingham Trent University, Ross prepared his dissertation on mortgage markets and the impact of the recession within the United Kingdom, for which he was awarded an exceptional first, the highest grade available.
Tim Garratt, managing director at Innes England, said: “We have recently changed the management structure at Innes England to focus on work-streams as opposed to the more traditional geographical structure we have previously adopted, allowing us to deliver an in-depth service across our business areas.
“Having Holly and Ross join us is a real boost and will allow us to strengthen our business space agency and professional services teams, and I am looking forward to working with them both.
“Them joining us comes at a time of growth for the business, following the appointment of a number of new staff across the practice and our different regional offices.”
Holly is currently studying part time at Nottingham Trent University, and has joined the firm’s RICS accredited training programme to work towards becoming a chartered surveyor. In her current role, Holly will be assisting with a number of tasks, including rent reviews and valuations from both local and national clients.
