Land Securities, advised by Green & Partners and Morgan Williams, has agreed deals with Outfit, Five Guys and Café Rouge at Westwood Cross Shopping Centre in Thanet.
Outfit has taken a store comprising 10,000 sq ft at ground floor plus 8,000 sq ft of mezzanine. The shop will open on the 18th February and offer the full Outfit range including Topshop, Topman, Oasis, Warehouse, Burton, Evans, Miss Selfridge and Wallis. The retailer has signed a 10-year lease.
Outfit will consolidate the fashion offer at Westwood Cross, with other notable fashion names including Next, River Island, New Look, Primark.
Five Guys has signed a 15-year lease on a 2,300 sq ft unit while Café Rouge has signed a 15-year lease on a 4,866 sq ft store, both of which will open in the Spring.
Westwood Cross is a 475,000 sq ft retail destination which opened in 2005 and sits in the heart of Thanet’s three core towns: Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs. It has 49 retail and leisure units including a multiplex cinema, hotel and restaurants and is anchored by Next, M&S, Debenhams and TK Maxx.
