Stiles Harold Williams are pleased to announce the sale of landmark premises – an attractive former brewery in Portslade Village, West Sussex.
The firm have advised the owner occupiers for a number of decades – our first involvement being a significant reduction in rates liabilities more than 30 years ago.
The 0.881 acre (38,376 sq ft) site was previously home to engineers Mersen, but the site is now primed for comprehensive refurbishment / redevelopment subject to planning.
