CBRE’s Manchester Office Agency team has been appointed as joint letting agent with Cushman & Wakefield on Two, St Peter’s Square in Manchester City Centre.
Two St Peter’s Square, which is currently under construction, was purchased for an undisclosed sum in August last year. Upon completion in January 2017, the building will have 161,065 sq ft of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Grade A office space over 11 floors, with two retail units and two levels of basement car parking.
Accountancy firm EY has already committed to a 15-year lease on the property for 42,000 sq ft of office accommodation over the eighth, ninth and tenth floors and will move in upon completion of the works.
Two St Peter’s Square forms part of the £180m upgrade of the wider St Peter’s Square area, which will create a new business and commercial district within Manchester City Centre.
CBRE’s Asset Management team has also been appointed to manage the property.
