J Peiser Wainwright Real Estate Advisers has made a series of appointments and promotions at its City of London office.
Ben Smith MRICS joins the firm as an Associate to head up the firm’s property management department. Ben has more than 7 years’ experience in the property sector and joins from Capita Symonds having previously been with King Sturge; he has previously acted on behalf of Aviva Investors, La Salle Investment Management, and AXA REIM.
Ben will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over £400 million of Central London property assets and providing a comprehensive property asset and facilities
management service to the firm’s clients.

J Peiser Wainwright has also appointed Olivia Derby who will be working with Ben on the Central London residential management portfolio.
Jessica Yonwin MRICS, who has been at the firm for 6 years, has been promoted to Associate and will be working alongside Simon Wainwright, on the firm’s investment and development consultancy roles and in developing new business.
The appointments follow the firm winning a series of new management instructions including a £70m residential property in Belgravia, a new development in mid-town and an appointment from Hammersmith United Charities.
