CBRE, the world’s leading global real estate advisor, has appointed Tom Moore as a Director in its London Development team. Tom will be concentrating on maximising the value of CBRE’s clients’ development landholdings in the West End team, led by Alastair Perks, through the sale or acquisition of redevelopment opportunities.
During his accomplished career, Tom has advised on investment strategy, product design and differentiation, sales and marketing strategies, joint ventures and mixed-use integration working with high-profile clients including Land Securities, Royal London, First Base, Stanhope and Dalian Wanda.
Tom said: “The new role will allow me to use the knowledge and experience I’ve built up over the last 15 years to help unlock significant opportunities with CBRE’s London Development Team. I’m thrilled to get started.”

Tom graduated with a master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a chartered surveyor. Tom joins CBRE from Strutt & Parker, and before that, was with Savills.
