In what is probably Exeter’s first commercial property deal of 2016, an office at Matford Park has been let by Stratton Creber Commercial.
Suite 2 at Chiltern House has been vacated by Robinson White Partnership following their move to larger premises at Exeter Business Park. The 2,040 sq ft offices have now been taken by U-Check, in a move which sees them expand from nearby serviced offices. Both firms were in occupation of their new offices in the first week of January.
Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial comments: “the first week of the year has been surprisingly buoyant, with three Exeter office deals completing and a host of fresh office enquiries coming forward, including two of more than 10,000 sq ft. We hope 2016 continues in the same vein!”
The office at Chiltern House was let at the asking rent of £24,500 per annum.
