Humberts has recently agreed the sale of Greenbriars, Walford Cross, Taunton which was available at a guide price of £195,000 for the freehold interest. The property provided a detached two storey office building with parking for approximately 6/8 vehicles. The building had a net internal area of 160.3 sq m (1,725 sq ft), formerly with residential planning permission which has now lapsed.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial department for Humberts in Taunton comments “the property needed internal upgrading and modernisation which deterred a number of purchasers for the property. The property had a prominent position facing onto the A361 Taunton to Street road and was bought by an owner occupier for their business”.
