A Director of Innes England has taken retirement after 14 years with the East Midlands property consultancy and 38 years in the property industry.
Colleagues have paid tribute to Bryan Moore, who joined Innes England in 2001 in Leicester, where he headed up the asset management team.
During his time at the firm, 60-year old Bryan worked with a diverse mix of local and national clients across all sectors.
Innes England director Peter Doleman said Bryan played a major role in managing the varied and complex property assets and portfolios for his clients and ensuring “professionalism was maintained”.
Peter said: “Bryan has always managed this important department to exacting standards and we shall miss him greatly – not just his knowledge and professionalism but his friendly and helpful nature in all aspects of the office.”
Bryan, a fan of all forms of two and four wheeled transport, will now focus on his passion for cars, vintage motorbikes and cycling.
Earlier this year, Bryan was the oldest member of the team to successfully complete a charitable cycling challenge from Nottingham to Skegness as part of Innes England’s fundraising efforts for Cancer Research UK.
He said: “I want to thank everyone for their overwhelming kindness and generosity – both for a marvellous leaving present and for the many kind messages and good wishes I have received.”
Innes England will continue to service its asset management clients from a newly enlarged team headed by director Gary Woodward.
Gary said: “Last summer, Innes England moved to a workstream-based approach with each of our four different business areas – agency, building consultancy, management and professional services – led by directors at the firm.
“This new approach to servicing our clients is all part of our plan to continue to expand and improve the business, giving our clients the best service possible.
“By moving away from a traditional geographical structure, we are able to leverage the expertise within the senior team here at Innes England as well as to serve more clients across the UK.”
