Solar panel distribution specialists A S Solar has moved in to a unit at the SEGRO-run South liberty Lane industrial estate in South Bristol in a deal brokered by Colliers International’s Jonathan Allen.
The firm, previously based at Long Ashton, distributes photovoltaic panels and equipment to contractors working in the solar panel industry.
A S Solar has taken a 3,603 square foot unit in the South/central Bristol business hub to cope with additional demand.
Jonathan Allen said proximity to existing customer base and improved access to the main road network meant the small unit was just what A S Solar had been looking for.
He said: “Competitive marketing and improved facilities continue to attract business to South Bristol and helps South Liberty Lane retain its edge as the industrial hub of choice in central and South Bristol.”
Chris Davies, SEGRO Leasing Manager for the South West, said good quality and refurbished accommodation was still attracting interest.
He said: “We were delighted to assist A S Solar in finding suitable accommodation.”
