K2 office complex in Worcester now fully occupied

Black Country property agents Bond Wolfe have let the remaining space at the K2 complex in Worcester.

A 1,074 sq ft suite on the second floor of the modern office building at The Tything, the main road leading from the north into the city centre, has been taken by agents and valuers Humberstones.

They have signed a ten year lease at the high specification premises where redevelopment saw retention of the impressive Victorian façade.

Humberstones have been selling businesses since 1937 and are UK number one in the sale of sub Post Offices. They have recently been working directly for Post Office Ltd and assisting them in their Network Transformation programme.

Other specialist sectors are licensed premises, nursing and residential care homes, newsagents, office licenses and general retail, hotels, guest houses, restaurants and tea rooms, marine and leisure.

The building is anchored by lawyers Thursfields.

Bond Wolfe managing partner James Mattin said: “After another record year for our agency team, we are delighted to kick off 2016 with this letting to such an established entity within the property industry.

“This further demonstrates our ability to transact outside of our historic Black Country region and, having fully let K2, we are in talks with potential occupiers for nearby Virginia House.”

At Virginia House, prominently located at The Butts, overlooking the River Severn and adjacent to the Crowngate Shopping Centre, Bond Wolfe is offering suites from 1,915 sq ft.

The latest activity follows a letting at Stirling Park, Halesowen, to Fray Management Ltd and retail space at Hawthorns House, West Bromwich, to Nova Bakery.
