Goadsby Commercial, acting on behalf of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management have successfully let the lower ground floor offices at 43 Southgate Street to Visual Assets Limited.
Visual Assets were previously based near Hindhead and have decided to relocate to Winchester due to geographical reasons.
