Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has appointed Adam Pyrke as a Director to its expanding Planning team in London.
Adam joins from Colliers International where he was responsible for managing the London Planning team. He brings with him 30 years of experience across a varied range of commercial and residential planning projects in the UK. His particular areas of expertise are residential, commercial and retail development in London and the South East.
The highlights of his career include successfully securing major planning consents for Aviva Investors, Ocado, Spen Hill Developments, Vodafone, Blackrock and Rockspring PIM.
