National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and DTZ, working as joint agents, have let a recently refurbished industrial unit in Nottingham to international landscaping company Continental Landscapes Ltd. The unit is on the established Queens Drive Industrial Estate.
Continental Landscapes was founded in 1989 and is part of the Dutch-based Krinkels Holdings BV. The company, which has its UK headquarters in Bicester, turns over more than £25 million and specialises in every aspect of landscape construction and maintenance. The firm’s clients include national and local government, housing associations, sports clubs and industrial and commercial operations. .
The 3,489 sq ft unit was recently refurbished and features two-storey offices, a level access loading door and dedicated parking.
