Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 18D, Ryelands Business Park, Bagley Road on the edge of Wellington. The end of terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 653.81 sq m (7,035 sq ft) and was available at a rent of £33,000 per annum. The industrial unit included a store of 92.10 sq m (991 sq ft), kitchen and WC facility, plus a mezzanine floor of 116.37 sq m (1,252 sq ft) and included two up and over doors. Outside there was a front yard with parking for approximately 18/20 vehicles.
Stephen Richards who heads up the commercial department for Humberts comments “Ryelands Business Park is an established industrial estate on the edge of Wellington on the A38 bypass and has good access to Junction 26 of the M5 motorway within 3 miles which is a popular attraction for tenants who are looking for good road communications”.
Humberts have also recently agreed the letting of a secured yard at Ryelands Business Park. The secure yard extended to just over 12,000 sq ft which was laid to scalpings and enclosed by secure fencing. The site also had CCTV cameras, centrally operated, security lighting and owners that lived on site which provided added security.
