Goadsby have, acting on behalf of Ankers & Rawlings Developments Ltd, let Unit 28 Haviland Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate on a new 6 year full repairing and insuring lease to MSA Manufacturing Ltd. MSA Manufacturing are an existing occupier on Ferndown Industrial Estate and required further space for an expansion.
