Corin Group plc, a leading research, development and manufacturing orthopaedic company, is moving its whole Cirencester operation to The Corinium Centre at Love Lane, Cirencester as a result of continued expansion of the business.
The 30 year old company currently has warehouse and assembly space at Love Lane whilst its high quality offices are at Cirencester Office Park. The opportunity has arisen for Corin to take additional space at The Corinium Centre and adapt the accommodation to provide a purpose-built operation on one site.
Victoria Silvester, Chief Financial Officer at Corin Group plc, said: “We have undertaken significant investment to provide exactly the facility we want and we jumped at the opportunity to bring everyone together at one facility in Cirencester which is good for our staff.”
Corin’s offices at Cirencester Office Park provide excellent open plan accommodation with raised floors and suspended ceilings together with plentiful car parking. The four suites being vacated by Corin are being marketed through joint agents Alder King and Bevans and will be available in the New Year.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King’s Swindon office commented: “There has always been good demand for space at Cirencester Office Park. These offices benefit from a high quality fit-out as a result of Corin’s occupation and are available as individual or combination suites providing a range of 1,800 sq ft up to 11,500 sq ft.”
