Helix Property Advisors has been appointed to manage the iconic Port of Liverpool Building following the acquisition of the 159,220 sq ft office property by an international investor.
Adjacent to the Cunard Building and the Royal Liver Building, the Grade II-listed Port of Liverpool Building is known around the world as one of Liverpool’s “Three Graces”.

The purchaser was advised in the transaction by Cew Capital.
