Hinton Properties is delighted to announce the completion of a new purpose built, 4000 sq ft, Halfords Autocentre on the Tameside Park development site in Perry Bar.
The new Autocentre is located on the 14 acre development site and is the first, purpose built, new build auto centre in the UK.
Hinton Properties worked in conjunction with Halfords Autocentres to deliver the project. The investment has been sold to a private individual and Paul Hanley of Gerald Eve acted on behalf of Hinton Properties on the investment sale.
Simon Allen, Network Development Manager for Halfords Autocentres said “ Halfords Autocentres are delighted with the outcome of this project which provides a first class facility for existing and new customers in Perry Bar following closure of the Kingstanding Road Autocentre. Trading commences on 23rd February.
Design and Build, freehold and leasehold sites are still available on the four acres of remaining land on the development site. All enquiries should be directed to Richard Ludlow at Gerald Eve.
