Commercial property specialists at NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a deal that has brought a brand new Indian Restaurant to Victoria Road in Netherfield, Nottingham.
Jonathon Seddon, director at NG, brokered the deal which has meant that the 1,600 sq ft Fire and Spice Restaurant has opened its doors to the public.
Jonathon said: “This was a particularly satisfying deal to work on. Our client, the landlord, had been experiencing problems with a previous tenant for some time. When we heard of this, we stepped in and found a more reliable tenant.
“Because we keep so close to our clients we are more often than not retained to manage their buildings, and we’re delighted to say that this has been the case upon the completion of the deal.”
Fariba Sezavar, landlord, added: “I wanted to put the property on the market and required help to find a suitable tenant so after looking around I called NG Chartered Surveyors and spoke to Jonathon who I found to be very professional. He listened to what I wanted to do with the property and the ideal tenant.
“NG’s experience of previous deals was very helpful for both parties including our solicitors to guide us to a fair deal.”
Kamran Khan, owner of Fire & Spice Restaurant said: “Jonathon at NG made the deal go as smoothly as possible, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was always there when we needed him, and NG were absolutely fantastic to deal with.”
Fire and Spice Restaurant is situated on Victoria Road in the heart of Netherfield, which is a busy and popular suburb approximately 3 miles east of Nottingham City Centre.
