Businesses in the Portsmouth area are invited to find out more about apprenticeships at a free breakfast briefing at Tiger Tiger in Gunwharf Quays from 8am – 10am on Wednesday 28 March 2012.
The event, which has been organised by Portsmouth City Council in partnership with The National Apprenticeship Service and Aspire, will enable businesses to find out how to create apprenticeships in their organisations and about the subsidies and the support available to do this.
Speakers at the event will include:
* Local employers talking about the benefits of having an apprentice
* National Apprenticeship Service
* Training providers
* Apprentices talking about their experiences with local employers
