Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Poole Works, Higher Poole on the edge of Wellington on a short term let. The semi-detached industrial unit was located 2 miles from Junction 26 of the M5 motorway and the warehouse had a gross internal area of 1,948 sq m (20,457 sq ft). The property was available at a quoting rent of £125,000 per annum and Humberts are still marketing the property to find a long term tenant for the building.
Stephen Richards who heads up the commercial department for Humberts comments “we have received several offers for the building so far but have not been able to agree a long term lease at this time and agreed a short term letting as the property was vacant. We are hopeful that we will find a occupier long term for the building within 2016 as properties of this size are unusual within this area and we expect the property to be let to a logistics company due to its size and its good access to Junction 26 of the M5 motorway”.
