Humberts have recently agreed the letting of two rooms at first floor level at 8 Hammet Street in central Taunton. The office suite was available within this period building above Jackson Stops & Staff offices and were available at a quoting rent of £5,500 per annum. The office suite comprised two rooms with a net internal area of 46 sq m (495 sq ft) and had recently been re-decorated and re-carpeted.
Stephen Richards who heads up the commercial department for Humberts comments “we have seen an increase in demand for office accommodation within 2015 which is a clear indicator of an improving commercial property market within Taunton. The prospect for 2016 is that the market will be active due to a growing confidence within the area”.
