A leading provider of consumer finance is set to move into new, prestigious headquarters in Nottingham. The deal was brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
Dollar UK, which employs 400 people in the city and owns brands such as The Money Shop and Payday UK, has signed a three-year lease to take the 10,000 sq ft Cardinal House office building on Abbeyfield Court in Nottingham.
Sunny Landa, Director at NG Chartered Surveyors, who acted for the landlord on the deal, said: “This is a landmark office deal for Nottingham, and proves that whilst stock is limited, there is still space for ambitious companies like Dollar UK.
“This deal was a particularly smooth one, and means that Dollar UK are able to realise their growth potential whilst remaining in Nottingham. We’re delighted to have been able to complete the deal for our client, and wish Dollar UK all the best for their future at Abbeyfield Court.
