Acting on behalf of a private client, GJS Dillon’s Bromsgrove office has let 72 Sherwood Road, Aston Fields Trading Estate, Bromsgrove B60 3DR, on new five year fully repairing and insuring lease to GMS Security Services Limited at a rent of £30,730 per annum.
GMS Security Services is relocating from Harris Business Park, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, into larger premises at 72 Sherwood Road which is a modern detached two storey building with 15 car parking spaces.
