Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, the Industrial Agency teams at CBRE Manchester & Knight Frank have leased three units of a combined 34,526 sq ft at Wharfside, Trafford Park.
The 16,720 sq ft Unit 3 will be occupied by DE Pharmaceuticals on a 10 year term, Ldex Group has agreed a 20 year lease on the 9,337 sq ft Unit 6 and Hilti is leasing the 8,469 sq ft Unit 2 on a 10 year term.
Wharfside is located on Wharfside Way at the entrance to Trafford Park, just 2.5 miles from Junctions 9 and 10 of the M60 motorway. Junction 2 of the M602 motorway and Manchester City Centre are both within 3 miles of the premises.
The fully refurbished good quality industrial units have two-storey offices to the front in addition to dedicated car parking and loading areas.
Following the recent deals, just one 9,000 sq ft unit remains available to lease which will also be undergoing a full programme of refurbishment.
