Wiggins Lockett Thompson are pleased to report the completion of the letting of Unit D1 on Stafford Park 4 in Telford. The unit has been let to Inabata UK Ltd, a longstanding Telford firm who will be using this unit to further enhance their distribution and logistics operations.

This unit is the last of the 10,000 sq ft units available on Stafford Park with us and enquires for space are not slowing down. Telford desperately needs fresh speculative commercial development. Sadly high government land prices do not make this feasible to most.
“We have strong live interest in significant percentage of our clients stock in Telford. Companies are already beginning to look elsewhere.”
